Eunice’s love of food is evident in every facet of her busy life – entrepreneur, TV chef, Irish Times food writer, tutor, passionate promoter of food tourism, wife to a busy farming husband and mum to three teenage boys – food has always been the medium through which Eunice nurtures, teaches and works.
“We are excited to bring a new food experience to Dungarvan. Our home grown Eunice Power Catering business has been preparing exceptional food for people, all around the country.
Now we want to share that experience and provide something fast and always delicious for the locals, tourists and outdoor enthusiasts right here, at the end of the Waterford Greenway.
Our food is prepared daily using the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on. Our goal is to focus on flavor and freshness.
I try all the recipes myself and am committed to bringing only the best food to the market. From ingredient selection to preparation, I firmly believe, the devil’s in the detail.“
